Santa Maria Estuary Enhancement and Management Plan
Final Plan Report. March 2004

This enhancement and management plan was funded by the RWQCB through a grant to the State Coastal Conservancy using funds from the Unocal settlement agreement for projects that will serve to enhance water quality and provide other enhancement benefits in the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes complex. Funding for this project has been provided in full or in part through an agreement with the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and the National Fish and Wildlife Federation (NFWF) pursuant to terms and conditions of the Guadalupe Settlement Fund. The contents of this document do not necessarily reflect the views and policies of RWQCB or NFWF, nor does mention of trade names or commercial products constitute endorsement of recommendation for use.
